Francesca is the Founder and Executive Director of Omena, a youth-led nonprofit advancing social-emotional learning to help end intergenerational trauma caused by emotional abuse in Madagascar and the U.S. Originally from Madagascar, she is a Brown University graduate and a Fellow of Echoing Green, the Gratitude Network, and the Dalai Lama Fellowship. Since 2019, Omena has trained 375 educators and reached more than 20,000 children and families through school-based programs, parent workshops, and community learning initiatives.

Ntende Beka Isabirye is the Founder and Team Leader of Tech Reach Africa, a nonprofit expanding access to digital skills and technology in rural Uganda through mobile and community computer labs. Based in Jinja, Eastern Uganda, he has been recognized as a YALI RLC, Athari, GWC, and Mandela Washington Fellow for his leadership in advancing digital inclusion.

Wint is a social impact leader with over five years of experience in entrepreneurship, education, and sustainable development. She currently serves as Program Manager at OSG Youth Alliance and leads Impact Across Border, a YSEALI-funded initiative supporting young changemakers in Thai-Myanmar communities. Through her work, she designs inclusive programs that empower youth and strengthen grassroots social innovation across the region.

Kato John is the Founder and Executive Director of Bluebird Soccer Academy, a refugee-led organization in Uganda’s Kyangwali Refugee Settlement that empowers young people through soccer, education, mentorship, and leadership development. A finance graduate and community leader, John is committed to creating opportunities for refugee youth, using sports as a pathway to education, peacebuilding, and long-term community empowerment.

Mujtaba Ahmadi is the Co-Founder and Program Manager of Rasa Foundation, a youth-led nonprofit expanding access to education for Afghan students, particularly young women and underserved youth. Based in Kabul, he leads educational programs, mentorship, and workshops while championing youth leadership through his work with national and global initiatives focused on education and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Bushra Afroze is the Founder and Executive Director of ClearVision Foundation, a nonprofit expanding access to affordable eye care through youth-led Vision Hubs in underserved communities. Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, she leads the organization’s strategy, partnerships, and growth, empowering young people to deliver vision care while creating sustainable opportunities for their communities.

Rogers Omollo is the Founder and Director of Activate Action, a youth-led organization empowering young people living with HIV and disabilities through mental health support, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and sexual and reproductive health education. A public health advocate, author, and Mandela Washington Fellow, Rogers is committed to advancing youth wellbeing, inclusion, and economic empowerment across Africa.

Anne-Sharlene Murapa is the Founder and Lead Practitioner of Kurapa Moyo, a wellbeing organization creating culturally grounded wellness spaces for African women and their communities. Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, she designs and facilitates programs that promote mental and emotional wellbeing while training emerging wellness advocates to strengthen community care across the region.
